dance

I dance because it is how I make sense of the world around me. Movement has always been a constant in my life. It gives me a space to reflect, feel deeply, and share the experiences that have shaped me, transforming personal moments into stories that others can see themselves in.

This solo explores the delicate balance between growing up and holding on to the parts of ourselves that make us who we are. The piece reflects on the pressure to move forward while recognizing the importance of slowing down and appreciating the journey. Through contemporary movement, I examine change, self discovery, and the reminder that maturity does not mean outgrowing the passions, dreams, and qualities that define us.
